Terms of Service

By accessing or using Affiliate Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Affiliate Manager provides a platform for managing affiliate programs across 59+ platforms including payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Paddle), e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce), creator platforms (Gumroad, Patreon), and more. The Service includes:

• Affiliate relationship management
• Commission tracking and calculation
• Sales data synchronization from connected platforms
• Payout management and reporting
• Link generation and tracking

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have the authority to enter into this agreement
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

When connecting payment platforms to the Service:

• You must provide valid API credentials that you have the right to use
• You are responsible for maintaining these credentials securely
• You grant us permission to access your platform data for the purpose of providing the Service
• You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
• We are not responsible for changes, disruptions, or terminations in third-party platform services

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape, crawl, or data mine the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• To change your plan, contact support at support@affiliatemanager.us
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to share data with us
• Complying with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• Obtaining necessary consents from your affiliates
• Maintaining backup copies of your data

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
• We are not liable for damages resulting from service unavailability
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You may request account cancellation by contacting support
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease
• Contact support to request your data before account deletion

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
