Accessibility Statement

We want Affiliate Manager to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on our website, web app, and iOS app.

We have not had an independent accessibility audit. We review accessibility as we build (including VoiceOver labels in the iOS app) and fix problems as we find them or as people report them. We know the service does not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA. Areas where you may still run into problems include:

• Charts and graphs, which may not have a complete text or table alternative
• Some complex tables and dashboards, which can be hard to navigate with a screen reader
• Color contrast on a few secondary labels and badges
• Older help articles and blog posts, which may lack descriptive image text
• Pages and emails we have translated, which may lag behind the English version

If something on our site or app is hard or impossible for you to use, please email support@affiliatemanager.us with the subject “Accessibility”. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if any. We aim to reply within five business days, and we can provide the information you need in another format.
