What platforms does Affiliate Manager integrate with?
Affiliate Manager supports 59+ platforms including: Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Square, Paddle), E-commerce (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, Wix), Digital products (Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Payhip, Sellfy), Course platforms (Teachable, Kajabi, Podia, Thinkific, Udemy), Social commerce (TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops), Creator platforms (Patreon, Whop, Substack), and major affiliate networks (Amazon Associates, Rakuten, Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale).
How do I connect a platform to Affiliate Manager?
To connect a platform, go to the Platforms section in your dashboard. Select the platform you want to connect, then follow the setup guide which typically involves adding API credentials or OAuth authentication. For webhook-based platforms, you'll configure a webhook URL that sends sale notifications to Affiliate Manager.
Can I track affiliates across multiple platforms at once?
Yes! You can connect multiple platforms and track all affiliate activity in one dashboard. For example, if you sell on both Shopify and Gumroad, you can see which affiliates are driving sales across both platforms. Each sale record shows which platform it came from.
Do affiliates need different links for each platform?
No, each affiliate gets unique affiliate links that you create in Affiliate Manager. When someone clicks an affiliate link and makes a purchase on any of your connected platforms, the sale is attributed to that affiliate through cookie-based tracking.
Which platforms support automatic webhook tracking?
Platforms with webhook support can automatically notify Affiliate Manager when sales occur. This includes Stripe, Shopify, Gumroad, WooCommerce, and others. You configure the webhook URL in your platform's settings to point to Affiliate Manager, and sales are tracked in real-time.
What if my platform doesn't have an integration?
For platforms without built-in support, you can use our API to send sale data programmatically. You can also manually import sales data via CSV. If you need a specific platform integration, contact us - we regularly add new platforms based on user requests.
Can I connect multiple stores or accounts?
Yes, you can connect multiple platform accounts. For example, if you have two Shopify stores or multiple Stripe accounts, you can add them all as separate platform connections. Each connection is tracked independently in your sales data.
How are API credentials stored?
All platform credentials (API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest in the database. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your sensitive integration data. Credentials are only decrypted when needed to process webhooks or make API calls.
Do integrations affect my store performance?
No, Affiliate Manager integrations do not affect your store's performance. Webhooks are received asynchronously after a sale completes, so there's no impact on checkout speed. Affiliate link tracking uses standard browser cookies that load instantly.
Can I disconnect or remove a platform?
Yes, you can disconnect any platform connection from your dashboard. Historical sales data from that platform is preserved, but new sales will no longer be tracked. You can reconnect the platform at any time by adding the credentials again.
